I was born in Bratenahl Ohio, moved to Mayfield Heights, then moved to Ravenna in 1960. In high school I was on the scholarship team for Music due mostly through my studies with Ed James my guitar teacher out side of school. I graduated in 1968. In 1974, I moved to Boston and got my Bachelor's Degree in Music Composition from Berklee College of Music. I also have a Master's Degree in Music Composition from the University of Akron. If I live long enough I will try for my Doctorate in Music Composition. While Bill Greene sculpted our likenesses for the F.O.G. Reunion cover, and Greg Wilson supplied the pictures of the Foggers, I designed the logo for RavenFire Tunes, Ltd
